At Don Rand Designs, not only do we create unique, hand crafted Elk ivory jewelry, we repair all karat gold, platinum and now palladium jewelry. If it's been awhile since you've had your jewelry to a professional, it may be time to get it looked at. If your piece has little to no wear, we will simply clean, polish & ship your jewelry back to you...no charge! And no...it won't take weeks or even months to get it back to you. In most cases, if you don't need any work done, we will get it shipped back to you within 48 hrs! If, on the other hand, you do need our repair services, we can usually get your repair completed within 7 working days upon receiving your approval. It really is that simple.
